Dolichos is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once added to your home screen, it launches like any other app: with its own icon and full screen, without the browser bar.

  1. iPhone & iPad in Safari

    1. 01Open dolichos-app.com/app in Safari.
    2. 02Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow pointing up). Depending on your iOS version, it sits in the “…” menu.
    3. 03Choose “Add to Home Screen”.
    4. 04Confirm with “Add”. Dolichos now sits on your home screen as an app.

  2. Android in Chrome

    1. 01Open dolichos-app.com/app in Chrome.
    2. 02Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right.
    3. 03Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
    4. 04Confirm with “Install”. Dolichos shows up with your other apps.

  3. Computer in Chrome, Edge or Safari

    1. 01Open dolichos-app.com/app in your browser.
    2. 02Chrome and Edge: click the install icon on the right of the address bar.
    3. 03Safari on Mac: menu “File” → “Add to Dock”.
    4. 04Confirm with “Install” or “Add”. Dolichos now opens in its own window.

Do I need the app from the store?

No. Dolichos already runs as a web app on iPhone, Android and your computer. The store apps come on top, you don't have to wait for them.

Do I have to install the web app?

No, Dolichos also runs right in the browser. Installed, though, it launches faster from your home screen and uses the whole screen, which helps on race day out on the course.

When are the apps coming to the App Store and Google Play?

As soon as they're ready. There's no fixed date yet.

Does my crew need to install anything?

No. Your crew simply opens the invite link and joins. Anyone who likes can still add the web app to their home screen.
